When you submit our inquiry form, we ask for your name, email address, company, phone number, the service you are interested in, and a short message describing how we can help. Company and phone number are optional; we only ever hold what you volunteer through that form. Beyond the routine server logs that any website keeps (IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested), we do not collect information about visitors who simply browse the site.

We use the details you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, to arrange a discovery call to discuss your business. We do not use this information for advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.

Inquiry submissions are delivered to and stored in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. A copy of each submission is also recorded on the server that runs this website, so that an inquiry is not lost if the email delivery fails. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain your information for as long as it is relevant to our business relationship with you. If you ask us to delete it, we will do so, subject to any legitimate business or legal record-keeping needs.

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@emraytech.com and we will action your request promptly.

This site sets no cookies at all, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking scripts. The one external request it makes is to Google Fonts, which serves the typeface used across the site; as with any request to an external server, Google receives your IP address in order to deliver the font files. We receive no information from Google in return.

Emray Technologies LLC is based in Dubai, UAE, and handles personal data in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
